Issues with billing are considered on a case by case basis. Terms regarding billing and the payment of attorney’s fees are outlined in the Legal Representation Agreement signed by the client and the firm at the commencement of our representation. We wish to be as transparent as possible regarding billing and encourage clients to ask questions or express concerns immediately.
